At Nur Modest Wear, we craft each abaya with precision and care, ensuring every piece meets our exacting standards of quality and elegance. Should your purchase not align with your expectations, we offer a seamless returns process.

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Log into your Nūr account and navigate to “Order History”
2. Select the item(s) for return and generate a prepaid return label
3. Package the item securely and attach the provided label
4. Initiate the return and the courier guy will pick it up.

Refund Processing:
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return
– Shipping charges are non-refundable
– Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”) are not eligible for return

Exchanges: For size exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure fastest processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact our Customer Concierge within 48 hours of delivery at concierge@nurmodestwear.com with order details and photographs.
